• If you installed OneNote 2003 Service Pack 1 Preview:
  You should uninstall OneNote 2003 SP1 Preview prior to installing OneNote 2003 SP1. You will need your original OneNote 2003 product CD to upgrade from the SP1 Preview to OneNote 2003 SP1.
